Shipping Policy:

ToyLabs ships all products via USPS Priority Mail only.

The standard USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (Small Box for Domestic US Only) for one (1) Volta Racer is $5.80. Actual shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process along with the sales tax based zip codes. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Order status will be sent via email. USPS Priority Mail normally takes 6 to 10 days in transit.

Return Policy:

For a full refund items must be returned within 30 days from purchase under the following requirements:

• Items must be in new condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging, parts and accessories
• Customer is responsible for return postage fees.

Refunds are issued via the same credit card used for the original product purchase. We do not issue refunds by check or any other instrument for any reason.
